In addition to the individual service parts, we do have many preassembled parts available (as shown in the parts catalogue and pictures below) which can be a great option where time or technical equipment & expertise are limited.

EASIMAP - SCM CONNECTOR/SOFTWARE

The EASIMAP software & adaptor connects to the Suspension Control Module (SCM) and allows the technician to view, calibrate, and test functionality of the GIBBS Quadski components. Functions include retraction motors, steering sensor, gear shifter, lights, pumps & fans, and reverse motor. Allows resetting of MIL & service indicators. It also allows a dashboard-like view of an array of vehicle parameters such as engine speed, coolant temperature, throttle position, fuel level, and more. Essential for servicing Quadski.

Maintenance Products
Consumables available for regular servicing & maintenance of Quadski. We recommend servicing regularly & can supply the correct engine oil (essential for proper clutch operation), differential oil, coolant, air filters, oil filter and spark plugs, to keep your Quadski running at optimum performance. Salt Remover also available & highly recommended if you use Quadski in salt water.
WHEEL RETRACTION BOX

The wheel retraction box allows manual operation of the retraction motors, for servicing or testing. Just attach one end to your battery and connect the other to the retraction motor.

The decoupler assembly engages & disengages the drive to the wheels. If the powertrain is removed from the vehicle for any reason, it is worth considering replacing these components to ensure smooth & consistent engagement.

JET DRIVE ASSEMBLY

Quadski uses a bespoke single stage mixed flow jet drive. Inspect your impeller for stone damage, and check free movement of the stator bearings. We have all parts available, and can also supply the complete jet drive assembly, which can be an effective option where technical experience or facilities are limited.

WEAR RING

The impeller clearance is set by the wear ring, and is critical to maintaining optimum thrust. The wear ring can be visually checked in situ with a flash light; if significant grooving is visible then we recommend replacing. The rest of the jet unit should be inspected at the same time.
